Los traslados colectivos de TRANSFER IN / OUT solo serán confirmados para los vuelos regulares de las aerolíneas mencionadas a continuación:

La recogida en los Hoteles de la Habana Vieja (ver lista) se realizará en el lobby del propio hotel por parte del guía ya que el bus no llega a estos Hoteles por falta de acceso, los mismos son: / The collection in the Hotels of Old Havana (see list) will be made in the lobby of the hotel by the guide since the bus does not reach these Hotels due to lack of access, they are:Hoteles: O Farril, San Miguel, Tejadillo, Santa Isabel, Ambos Mundos, Florida, Marques de Prado Ameno, Beltran de Santa Cruz, Armadores de Santander, Valencia - Comendador, San Felipe, Conde de Villa Nueva, Los Frailes, Raquel y Meson de la Flota.
**En caso del cliente perder su conexión y llegar en otro vuelo diferente al solicitado, se penaliza el transfer inicial y se protege al cliente en un transfer colectivo SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD*** de no existir esta alternativa se ofrece Servicio Privado con la Conformidad del Operador** In case the customer loses his connection and arrives on a different flight than the requested one, the initial transfer is penalized and the client is protected in a collective transfer AS AVAILABILITY *** If this alternative does not exist, Private Service with the Conformity of the Operator **
For cancellations within 3 days before the date of service, 100% of the transfer price will be charged. No Show: 100% of the transfer price.
