The Metropolitan Cathedral, the country's largest, is located at the Plaza de la Constitución in the Historic Downtown. The Torre Latino America, an earthquake-resistant tower built in 1958, has an elevator that leads to a viewing platform offering panoramic views of the Palacio de Bellas Artes, with its orange and yellow dome, and the Juárez Monument. A trip to Mexico City wouldn't be complete without experiencing Mariachi music. Visit Plaza Garibaldi in the evening to enjoy it. The ancient ruins of Teotihuacan, a former hub of trade, art, and ritual ceremonies, are located 50 kilometers from Mexico City. Its Sun Pyramid is one of the greatest architectural feats of ancient times and is considered one of humanity's most important cultural centers.
