At the park entrance, there is a visitor center equipped with restrooms, a medical station, gift shops, and informational panels about the park’s biodiversity. Transportation within the park is done via an ecological train that stops at the main points of the National Park. Visiting the Argentine side gives us the chance to explore three different trails, each offering unique perspectives of this natural wonder. The first stop is Cataratas Station, where you can choose to walk the Upper Trail or Lower Trail. A must-see stop is the Devil’s Throat, reached by walking approximately 1 km on catwalks over the river, leading to a close-up view of this massive waterfall. In the afternoon, we visit the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls. After passing through the visitor center, we follow a route that leads to the main viewing areas. We arrive at the main lookout point, and from there we begin a walk of approximately 1,200 meters on an easy trail. Along the way, we enjoy panoramic views of various waterfalls, culminating in an incredible close-up of the Devil’s Throat. The tour ends at the upper part of the falls, where there is a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the Upper Iguazu River. This area also features an excellent restaurant and souvenir shop, where you can enjoy a delicious natural fruit juice or pick up a keepsake.
